一氧化氮A(NO)信號通路RT2 ProfilerTM PCR Array包含了表達(dá)受第二信使NO控制及參與NO信號通路的84個基因。NO是參與和抑制疾病發(fā)生的動態(tài)生物效應(yīng)分子。NO分子能夠可逆地改變特異基因的表達(dá),和許多蛋白的活性以及可逆影響信號通路,從而能夠影響許多生理活動。本芯片包括參與NO生物合成、過氧化物代謝的基因和參與氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的基因。還包括被NO誘導(dǎo)或抑制的基因,這些基因能夠作為細(xì)胞體系中NO信號通路激活的指標(biāo)。通過實時定量PCR的方法,研究者即能夠利用該芯片簡單可靠地同時檢測NO信號通路相關(guān)基因的表達(dá)。 Nitric Oxide Biosynthesis: Oxidoreductases: NOS1 (nNOS), NOS2 (iNOS), NOS3 (eNOS), NQO1.
