肺癌PCR芯片可用于研究與肺癌發(fā)展中關(guān)鍵的84個基因的表達。肺癌與吸煙、環(huán)境中的有害氣體以及病毒感染有關(guān),但其中的分子機制還需要進一步研究。一些癌癥相關(guān)的基因調(diào)控了免疫反應(yīng),調(diào)亡,細胞周期,PI3K/AKT以及細胞黏附相關(guān)的通路。該芯片包含肺癌樣品中常規(guī)檢測的基因,啟動子發(fā)生甲基化變化的基因以及和腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)的基因。利用實時定量PCR,研究者可以方便并且可信地對與肺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展以及轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)的基因進行同時檢測。 Differentially Methylated Promoters: APBA1, APC, CADM1, CDH1, CDH13, CDKN1C, CDKN2A, CDKN2B, CXCL12, CYP1B1, DLC1, FHIT, MGMT, MLH1, MTHFR, OPCML, PRDM2, RASSF1, RASSF2, SFRP1, TCF21.
